It's that time of year again! The leaves are changing colour, the air is getting cooler, and ghosts and goblins are lurking around every corner. That's right, it's Halloween! And while most people use this holiday as an excuse to dress up in costumes and eat sweets, business people know that there is one other thing that goes hand-in-hand with Halloween: Headhunters.

For those of you who don't know, Headhunters are recruitment professionals who are always on the lookout for top talent.
