Since then, we&rsquo;ve grown, adapted, and evolved through every wave of change in the industry - while staying true to the values of integrity, trust, and results.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>The 1980s &amp; 1990s &ndash; Laying the Foundations</strong></h3><p>Recruitment looked very different in the late 80s. With no internet and little automation, success depended on networks, relationships, and relentless drive. Prospectus built its reputation by going deep into specialist IT markets - building credibility in areas like <strong>MultiValue technologies</strong>, where few others could deliver.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>The 2000s &ndash; Becoming Specialists</strong></h3><p>As enterprise systems like&nbsp;<strong>ERP</strong>&nbsp;expanded and new platforms like&nbsp;<strong>Salesforce (launched in 1999)</strong> emerged, Prospectus doubled down on being niche. We have conducted a Data Protection Impact Assessment and matched profiles and vacancies are assessed by our staff before we contact you in regard to the position to ensure suitability.
