It finds and ranks candidates faster than a person could alone, but nothing reaches you without a recruiter's judgement behind it. It's one of four ways we work with clients, not a replacement for the others.

An ongoing subscription, not a one-off project: one fixed monthly cost, no placement fees, with a named team (account manager, ops and recruiter) for as long as you need them. Minimum 3-month commitment.
