What we collect
If you send us your CV: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the type of role you want, any message you write, and everything in your CV, which usually includes your work history, education and contact details.
If you sign up for job alerts: your email address, which roles you want, and any keywords or location you choose.
If you sign up for blog updates: your email address.
If you contact us: your name, email address and the message you send.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site only uses what it needs to work, such as the sign-in used by our own staff and the spam check on our forms.
How we use it
To find you suitable work and get in touch about it, to send the job alerts or blog updates you asked for, to reply to your enquiries, and to meet our legal duties as an employment agency.
Our legal basis for CVs, job alerts and blog updates is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time. For contact with businesses we work with, our basis is our legitimate interest in running our recruitment business.
How we use AI
We may use AI-assisted tools to help with candidate sourcing, matching and administration. These tools support our recruiters; they never replace them. AI results are used only to help a person decide, and no candidate is automatically rejected because of an AI result alone.
Every recommendation, shortlist and submission is reviewed by a human recruiter before it is shared with a client. Where we use an outside company's AI tool that handles personal data, we choose and manage it carefully and expect it to meet our data protection and security standards.
Who we share it with
We only pass your CV or details to an employer or client when we are putting you forward for a role, and we will normally check with you first.
We use trusted companies to run the website for us. Our database and CV storage are hosted by Supabase in London. We also use providers for website hosting, sending email and checking forms for spam. They only handle your information on our instructions. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as they are useful for finding you work, and we delete them when you ask us to. Anyone signed up for job alerts or blog updates can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, which removes their details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and object to our use of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
