Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Outside IR35 Contract | London Hybrid | 4–6 Months Initial Term

A leading international fintech organisation is seeking an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to join a product-led digital team delivering complex, user-centric platforms within a highly collaborative Agile environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who combines strong UX thinking with polished UI capability and enjoys working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to shape scalable digital experiences.

The role will suit someone coming from a modern SaaS, fintech or product-driven background who is comfortable navigating both strategic product discussions and hands-on design execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing intuitive, elegant and accessible digital experiences

• Creating high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma

• Contributing to and evolving Design Systems across multiple products

• Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation

• Supporting user research, usability testing and iterative product improvements

• Working across web and mobile product environments

• Helping drive user-centred product decisions within Agile SCRUM teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial experience within UX/UI or Product Design

• Advanced Figma capability

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and usability

• Experience working with Design Systems

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG best practices

• Product-company background preferred over purely agency/studio environments

• Comfortable working alongside developers and understanding technical constraints

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

• Fintech or financial services experience

• Exposure to iOS and Android design standards

• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience within complex B2B or enterprise product environments

Contract Details

• Outside IR35

• Initial 4–6 month contract

• Full-time engagement

• Hybrid working with some London onsite collaboration

• Competitive day rate depending on experience
