Service Advisor - Surrey

We’re recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the service team of an established automotive business in Surrey.

You'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping to manage their journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection while working closely with the workshop team.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements

• Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing appointments

• Keeping customers informed on the progress of their vehicle

• Explaining recommended work and associated costs clearly

• Liaising with technicians to help ensure work is completed efficiently

• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

• Identifying additional products or services that may benefit the customer

• Providing a professional and friendly customer experience throughout

What we're looking for

• Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence discussing vehicle servicing and repairs with customers

• A proactive, self-motivated approach

• Full UK driving licence
