About the Role
Service Advisor
Location: South East London / Kent
Salary: Competitive
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00
Our client is an established automotive dealership group and is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its busy and professional team in the South East London/Kent area.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their service and repair journey and ensuring they receive a professional and efficient experience.
You'll work closely with customers, technicians and the wider Aftersales team, helping to coordinate bookings, provide updates and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.
We're looking for someone with previous Service Advisor experience, excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. You'll need to be organised, professional and comfortable working within a busy dealership environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.
