About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful automotive dealership in the Heathrow area. You will be working with a high-performing team within an established dealership environment.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a controlled sales process through regular coaching, robust management and consistent customer interaction, with first- and second-facing activity at its heart.
You will support Sales Executives in selling a combination of new and/or used vehicles alongside a range of additional products, finance and insurance solutions, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
What We Are Looking For

A proven sales track record within the automotive industry.

Previous experience in a Business Manager role is highly desirable, although candidates with strong Senior Sales experience will also be considered.

A driven, motivated and disciplined approach, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong rapport with customers.

Demonstrable passion, energy and commitment.

The ability to consistently deliver against performance targets.

Proven ability to motivate and support a sales team to achieve its targets.

A full UK driving licence.

FCA approval or appropriate FCA-related experience/credentials.
