Senior Service Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy franchised automotive dealership in South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual with previous Service Advisor experience who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the service team, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service throughout their journey

• Providing clear and accurate advice on servicing, repairs, costs, and timescales

• Managing customer bookings and scheduling work efficiently into the workshop

• Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work

• Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their vehicle

• Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues professionally

• Supporting and guiding other Service Advisors where required

• Arranging courtesy cars or alternative transport when necessary

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

• Professional and confident telephone manner

• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

• A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality

• Experience with a volume automotive brand would be advantageous

• Full UK driving licence required
