About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global technology client undergoing a long-term migration from MultiValue (JBase) systems to a new Oracle-based enterprise platform. To support this transition, there is an immediate opportunity for a Junior MultiValue Support Analyst to assist with operational tasks and reduce the workload on senior developers.
This is a remote, India-based position, starting on a part-time basis, with the potential to increase hours as the migration ramps up. The work involves handling minor support tickets and data amendments, not core development.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform basic data edits and updates within the MultiValue (JBase) database.
-
Resolve low-level support tickets related to customer service and warehouse operations.
-
Assist with non-critical tasks to enable developers to focus on migration and system integration.
-
Communicate effectively with a UK-based team.
-
Maintain accuracy and integrity of operational data.
Essential Skills & Experience
-
2+ years' experience with MultiValue databases (JBase or similar).
-
Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written.

Familiarity with concepts like transactions, shipments, receipts, and warehouse/customer data.
-
Ability to work independently and manage tasks within a remote setup.
Desirable (Not Essential)
-
Experience working with UK or international clients.
-
Previous work with ticketing or helpdesk systems.
-
Exposure to enterprise migrations or backend data roles.
Work Schedule
-
Starts part-time (hours to be confirmed) with potential to increase based on project needs.
-
Flexible scheduling – Indian or UK time zones acceptable depending on availability.
-
Tasks are not time-sensitive to the hour but must be completed reliably and accurately.
Salary & Contract
-
Approx. $200–$250 USD per week, depending on experience and language fluency.
-
Long-term potential – this migration spans multiple years and may evolve into a more established role.
