Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Our client is a fast-growing UK automotive dealer group representing a range of established and emerging global vehicle manufacturers. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join their Watford dealership and become part of a skilled and dynamic aftersales team.
What you’ll do
As a Vehicle Technician, you will undertake maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and reporting activities for service customers.
You will work in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed turnaround and delivery times.
You will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and providing an excellent experience for customers while developing your knowledge of the vehicles and technologies you work with.
Who you are
You will be a self-motivated, organised and results-focused Technician with a strong eye for detail.
You will be comfortable managing varying workloads and priorities while maintaining high standards of workmanship. You will also be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider dealership team.
Your experience
To be successful in this role, you will:

Hold a recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant automotive discipline

Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry

Be able to interpret and communicate technical information effectively

Take a proactive and innovative approach to achieving individual and team goals

Have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ideally hold an EV/hybrid vehicle qualification, although this is not essential
