My first contact with Elkie was when she acted as a recruiter to find me a position. Having received excellent service from Elkie it was natural that I should then use Elkie to help me find staff for a new IT function within the company I worked for. During a period when the skills I was looking for in my staff were in short supply Elkie came up with innovative ideas for recruiting staff, including open evenings and even travelling to Australia to recruit staff from there. On moving to another company I continued to use Elkie to find staff for the next ten years, until I left the IT industry.
