Our Story
Prospectus IT Recruitment was founded in 1988 by Elkie Holland, built on deep networks, specialist knowledge and a focus on delivering in hard-to-fill markets.
From the beginning, we focused on areas others avoided — particularly MultiValue and legacy systems — building a reputation for delivering in environments where experience is critical and mistakes are costly.
As ERP and operational systems evolved, so did we. Rather than becoming a generalist agency, we stayed deliberately niche — specialising in business-critical systems hiring across MultiValue, IBM i, Infor and ERP environments.
Today, we work with organisations where systems sit at the heart of operations — supporting manufacturing, supply chain and operational businesses where getting the right hire matters.
