Must-Haves / Experience

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment

• Strong servicing, maintenance and vehicle repair skills

• Good understanding of workshop processes and procedures

• Ability to accurately complete job cards and vehicle health checks

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

• MOT Tester qualification desirable
