The newest part of a 38-year family business.

Josh specialises in recruitment across the automotive industry, supporting dealerships, dealer groups and automotive businesses with the people they need across sales, aftersales, technical and management functions.

Having previously worked within automotive retail himself, Josh brings first-hand dealership experience alongside his recruitment background, giving him an understanding of both the people behind the roles and the day-to-day environments they work within.

Outside of recruitment, Josh spends his weekends around cars: photographing them at shows and motorsport events through his own project, SkidZoneMedia. It's a genuine, lived-in involvement in automotive culture, not a marketing angle.
