Must-Haves / Experience

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Ability to carry out vehicle inspections and Electronic Vehicle Health Checks

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy workshop team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

• Previous main dealership or manufacturer experience desirable

• Diagnostic and fault-finding experience advantageous

• MOT Tester qualification desirable but NOT essential

• Willingness to support apprentices and less experienced technicians when required
