Must-Haves / Experience

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Hands-on experience carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Ability to diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks

• Previous workshop or main dealership experience preferred

• Diagnostic experience advantageous

• MOT Tester qualification desirable but NOT essential

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team

• Positive attitude and willingness to develop technical skills
