Must-Haves / Experience

• Qualified MOT Tester with current authorisation to carry out MOT tests (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Previous experience carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance

• Good understanding of DVSA regulations and MOT testing standards

• Relevant automotive qualification, ideally NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3

• Ability to carry out vehicle health checks and identify defects or additional work

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team

• Previous main dealership experience desirable

• Diagnostic and fault-finding experience advantageous

• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
