Must-Haves / Experience

• Previous Service Advisor experience, ideally 3+ years (preferred)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Strong customer service experience, ideally within the automotive industry

• Good understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Confident communicating with customers and workshop technicians

• Experience upselling additional services and products

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
