Must-Haves / Experience

• Ideally 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor

• Valid driving licence (essential)

• Previous motor trade or main dealership experience desirable

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience booking vehicles into the workshop and managing service appointments

• Ability to provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated throughout repairs

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

• Professional telephone manner and a positive, team-focused attitude
