Service Advisor – Prestige Main Dealer
Location: North Surrey
Salary: Competitive basic + bonus | OTE up to £43,000
Contract: Permanent, full-time

A respected franchised main dealer is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its aftersales team. This is a long-term role with a well-established dealer group that invests in training and likes to promote from within. What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and their vehicles, confirming what they need and taking ownership of each vehicle while it’s on site
• Working closely with the workshop team to keep jobs on track and hit performance targets
• Keeping customers updated, explaining recommended work clearly and giving accurate repair estimates
• Promoting accessories, optional extras and aftersales campaigns
• Coordinating collection and delivery drivers so the workshop runs to schedule
• Making sure invoicing is accurate and completed on time

What we’re looking for

• At least 12 months’ service advisor or service control experience, ideally at a main dealer
• A stable career history, as our client is looking for someone who commits for the long term
• Sharp and switched on, a quick learner who’s confident with customers
• Smart, professional presentation that suits a prestige brand
• Full UK driving licence
