Must-Haves / Experience

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised main dealership (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience managing workshop bookings and coordinating with technicians

• Ability to provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs

• Confident handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload

• Professional telephone manner and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to support and guide other Service Advisors

• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a customer-focused approach

Previous experience with a volume automotive manufacturer would be advantageous but is not essential.
