Must-Haves / Experience

• Previous experience working in a target-driven sales environment (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Ideally 2+ years' experience in car sales, although candidates from other sales backgrounds will be considered

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident building relationships and identifying customer needs

• Ability to manage customer appointments, follow-ups and sales enquiries

• Professional, presentable and motivated to achieve targets

• Ambitious, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to succeed
