Must-Haves / Experience

• GCSE Maths Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) – essential

• GCSE English Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) – essential

• Must be able to provide proof of Maths and English qualifications

• Genuine interest in cars, mechanics and the automotive industry

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and workshop safety procedures

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• Motivation to build a long-term career in the motor trade

Previous mechanical experience, automotive studies or experience working with tools would be beneficial but is NOT essential.
