Must-Haves / Experience

• Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or similar automotive management role

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong understanding of dealership service and parts operations

• Proven experience managing and motivating aftersales teams

• Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and profitability

• Good understanding of workshop productivity, efficiency and utilisation

• Experience maintaining manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Ability to drive performance and deliver strong commercial results
