We don’t just “tell it like it is”, we also ‘listen to what you have to say’

Over the past 3 months, our web site has been upgraded brining significant benefits to candidates.

We listened to your feedback and have been working hard to make improvements to give a better candidate experience in many areas.

Our Dashboard now has a number of new and improved features:

  • A new Profile Progress Bar
  • Quick links so that candidates can edit their profiles
  • A better Job Alert creation process

Also, CV Uploading can now be done from Google Drive and Dropbox straight to candidate accounts on our web site.  This means that you can now apply for jobs easily on mobile devices and include CVs with your applications.

Job Searching has also been overhauled with the following:

  • Significant speed and accuracy improvements
  • A new interface which has been designed to help candidates find the roles they want
  • Smart filters only present options that will return results

This should mean that you can spend more time reading jobs and less time tweaking search queries.

We have also made speed improvements in a number of areas to enable faster browsing, searching and applying.

We hope you like these changes and improvements.  Please keep the feedback coming!
