Are you an experienced IT Support Manager ? Do you fancy a challenge and a role where you can make a great contribution to the running of the business ?
This very successful and long established software house specialising in niche bespoke software to a vertical market is looking for an experienced Support Manager to come in and take over from the current Support Manager who is retiring.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience of structuring a Support Department.
- Man management.
- Working within SLAs and running ITIL.
- Worked in a Software house environment in the IT Support Department
- Multivalue (Universe, Unidata, mvBase, D3 etc) experience useful but not essential.
Client has just under 100 users and they have just won their first client in the USA.
