Junior Analyst
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: Whitechapel, London

If so, this is the role for YOU!

My client provides expert information governance consultancy services to a broad range of organisations. Their consulting services focus information management strategy and assessment with a significant element around GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance and information auditing. This role will focus on the provision of business analysis services in the field of information management.

The Analyst will build relationships internally and with clients, to work effectively in the definition and documentation of business processes and software requirements for clients. A significant proportion of the role will be client facing however you will also have the opportunity to become involved in researching and developing new service lines and products for this client.

You MUST have:
·Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science - Desired but any degree will be acceptable if coupled with some experience
·Proven experience working in a similar role - 1 to 3 years

You SHOULD be:
·Self-motivated and able to work without supervision - the size of the company does not permit for a lot of training and "carrying"
·A hard-working, entrepreneurial candidate who will be flexible enough to fit in with the demands of a small business


Duties for this role will include but not be limited to:
·Data / system mapping
·Requirements gathering
·Client interviews
·Business analysis
·Evaluating client workshop results
·Creating and reviewing documentation
·Report writing
·Contributing to project plans
·Supporting and assisting the Senior Consultant in the development of project deliverables
·Building strong relationships internally, with clients and partners
·Work collaboratively to identify ways to innovate and improve delivery and processes
·Ability to work, at times with limited oversight or supervision
·Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism

Key Skills
·Excellent understanding of business requirements gathering
·Ability to gather and translate project requirements into formal documentation
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Proficiency in MS Office
·Good interpersonal skills
·Ability to multi task
·Ability to establish good working relationships and demonstrate enthusiasm for continual learning
·Experience across areas of BA or working specifically in the field of Information Governance and Management
·Prior engagement on Data Audits, IT/IS Audits would be looked upon favourably
