A shortlist of recommended candidates for second stage interview is presented
to you for assessment.
INTERVIEW FOLLOW-UP
Following subsequent interviews, both you, the Client, and the candidates
are debriefed to ascertain compatibility.
OFFER CO-ORDINATION
Prospectus IT will co-ordinate all offers and rejection letters, organise
start dates and offer any assistance that may be required to ensure a
successful conclusion to the Advertising Recruitment Campaign.
CAMPAIGN COMPLETION
A final debriefing to discuss the co-ordination of the campaign, final
outcome and to identify the benefits for any future campaigns.
