Elkie Holland
The original founder of Prospectus and who is still actively at the helm assisting clients and candidates.  She ensures that the original quality, passion, humour, charisma and eccentricity on which Prospectus was founded continues today.

 

Elkie ensures her Team have all the necessary skills, tools and attitude to keep them efficient and effective in their jobs.  A mix of traditional and modern methods is used in all areas of the business.

 

Elkie has been recruiting for nearly 25 years within the IT market.  She continues to actively recruit as it is her passion.
