2009 saw the launch of Umbrella Detective
whose aim is to help contractors compare umbrella companies and
their offerings. Although they have a Director-in-common with
Excellium (an Umbrella company), it could still be a useful site and tool to
visit when tryng to find and assess companies and their offerings. It has 3 great elements:

This site puts a lot of focus on displaying the features and key benefits of every umbrella company on the site. They do not just list the contact details. They pride themselves on being able to assist contractors to make "informed" choices. When selecting an umbrella company, it is not always about the "cheapest price" as this is not always the best "value".
